The Group is preparing to bring its factory investment for the production of chassis-mounted vehicles to life, with prototype production scheduled to begin at the end of 2026. The Group’s first company, MUSFAR OTOMOTİV A.Ş., proudly celebrated its 66th anniversary on August 26, 2026. With its long-established heritage, strong corporate structure, and forward-looking vision, the Group continues to pursue its investments with determination.

All investments within the Group, particularly MUSFAR OTOMOTİV A.Ş., VMC MOTORLU ARAÇLAR PETROL MADEN İTHALAT İHRACAT SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., MSF YATIRIM SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş., and OPİUMSOFT TEKNOLOJİ SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş., are being developed and brought to the historic city of Afyonkarahisar.

With its strong corporate structure and extensive industry experience, MUSFAR OTOMOTİV operates in the commercial vehicle sector as an authorized MAN Sales and Service and TEMSA FUSO Sales and Service provider. Meanwhile, VMC Petrol, one of the Group companies, continues its operations in the fuel sector as a TOTAL dealer.

Opium Soft, operating under Opium Teknoloji, is a technology brand developing innovative digital ventures through mobile technologies in the fields of B2C, B2B, SaaS, fintech, and logistics. It leads the Group’s activities in technology and digital transformation.

MSF YATIRIM SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş., in line with its vision for chassis-mounted vehicle production, is carrying out prototype development projects for armored trucks and buses, pioneering the Group’s next-generation manufacturing investments in the fields of defense and special-purpose vehicle production.

In addition to sales and after-sales services, MUSFAR OTOMOTİV A.Ş. also operates in the field of superstructure solutions. With its extensive product portfolio, including concrete pumps, transit mixers, construction machinery, trailers, dump trucks, and various other superstructure products, the company provides comprehensive solutions to its customers.
